The Mentor Connector, a youth-service organization in Rutland County, prides itself on the cornerstone of its programming, the 1:1 mentor match. In this program, there are three areas of focus, workforce development, life skills and educational curiosity.
In addition to this work, our skilled employees have created additional innovative, transformative programming aimed at supporting youth with transitional living and mental health counseling needs.

Compensation & Benefits
The Mentor Connector seeks individuals who genuinely see the best in youth and who will work passionately to uphold the commitments and services they deserve. It depends on the role, the number of applicants and the time it takes to review the submissions. Generally, applicants who are invited for an interview will be contacted within one month of their submittal.
Yes, you will be informed if you are not awarded the role.
If you are offered a role at The Mentor Connector, you will complete pre-employment requirements including background and reference checks. Upon their successful completion, you and the Executive Director will determine a mutually beneficial start date.
